the rooms they have were contemporary and reasonably sized with views on roofs, the bathroom, relaxing music. the hotel served bread, eggs, and meats for breakfast. the location was nice, steps away from anne frank house.

Lovely beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe are included in the rooms. Plenty of options are available for a marvelous and absolutely superb breakfast. The hotel boasts a perfect location right by sights, cafes, restaurants, and shops, as well as the main canals, all within easy walking distance. Conveniently located near Emperor's Canal, offering a very good overall experience.

We got an upgrade, got a suite. The hotel in general is just wonderful, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was very comfortably furnished with great taste. You just feel comfortable. Also the Michelin star restaurant Vinkeles is highly recommended, of course with a previous reservation, as it is small but extremely comfortable and in summer there is a very nice courtyard. All in all a feast for the eyes.
Maybe the shower was a bit puny, everything else wonderful

was paid in advance via the credit card. And had to pay again on site with 2 small children, otherwise they would not let us in the room. for a 5 star venue a very bad style. we will not book it anymore
